2. Service Description
Snac is a food technology platform that connects consumers with restaurants and food businesses. Our services include but are not limited to: food discovery and search, restaurant page management, direct ordering, loyalty programmes, AI-powered marketing tools, and partner integrations. The Service is currently in pre-launch phase and features may change without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Accounts & Submissions
When you submit information through our forms (waitlist registration, restaurant claims, or partner enquiries), you agree that:
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
- You have the authority to submit information on behalf of any business entity named
- You consent to us contacting you using the details provided
- We may store and process your submission data as described in our Privacy Policy
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snac Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
